Full Plays

Curse Of The Albatross

Pirate, Revenge, Adventure, Dark Comedy

Full Play A tale of murder, tomfoolery, and revenge follows Tragedy Jack Salt in his quest for the biggest score any (Pirate) gentleman of fortune has ever found. Jack’s crew has faced some large setbacks in recent years, and what remains is hardly ideal. Jack enlists young orphan Jane MacGregor to his crew after finding her upon the docks of Bristol. Between Jack’s devout love of Shakespeare and the crew’s antics, they might just pull off the great heist…that is if Jane’s dark secret doesn’t bring the whole house of cards down.

Price Of Fire

Western, Native Americans, Cowboys, Adventure, Action, Drama,

Set against the violent backdrop of the American frontier, Price of Fire follows outlaw Jean Steel, who rescues a young Kiowa girl from a burning train meant to carry her and others to reform schools. Pursued by the ruthless Sam Flint and facing the U.S. Cavalry, Jean risks everything to return the child to her people—facing betrayal, violence, and the cost of redemption along the way.

Of Kings And Queens

Dementia, Friendship, Life Experiences, Love, Drama

Two lifelong friends, Ernie and Walt, meet weekly for a chess game, accompanied by their spouses, Maggie and Sabrina. The spouses take a walk through the park during their time together and discuss their hardships. Ernie, battling the challenges of dementia, struggles to recall most details of his life and even the faces of those around him, except for Walt, whose presence remains vividly familiar. As the story unfolds, flashbacks guided by the characters reveal the rich tapestry of Ernie and Walt’s enduring friendship and the defining moments of their lives. Through these glimpses into the past, the play explores the profound emotional toll that dementia exacts on families and friendships, illuminating the resilience and heartache of those bound by love and memory.

Short Plays

Halloween Party

Comedy, Short, Two Person.

5 Minute play Glenn and Jen are trying to sell their house on Halloween night, only wire were crossed and Glenn thinks it’s a party.

Hired Hype

Comedy, Short, Three People, Jock Jams

This is a classic case of miscommunication as two goons hire a HYPEman instead of a HITman. This is high energy, and an easy set up.

What’s For Lunch

Comedy, Four to Six People, Lunch, Absurd.

The following skits are absurdist comedy involving food and business. These are meant to start off as typical day to day activities that unravel into bizarre situations. Feel free to make up names for the characters that speak to you, or use the names of the actors as the characters. Any music mentioned is simply a suggestions, and it is up to the producer to secure any rights for their production.
